Meeting Summary Sept. 12th 2019 Board Meeting

At the Sept 12 meeting, the owner of Property Keepers revealed that Next Gen had refused to transfer data files, so that HLA’s accounting can resume. Next Gen finally released our files on Sept 19. Mr. Barnes proposed replacing our banks and installing a new wireless fob entry system for the clubhouse and family pool, replacing our magnetic cards. After the Board spent many thousands of dollars during 2018-19 on extra security and Maglock repairs, the 2 pools are still open to outsiders.
The Association’s website is now abandoned, leaving the Voice as the only on-line source for archived official HLA documents. Like Next Gen and most CAM’s, Property Keepers LLC has its own internet portal to receive payments and dispense documents used by members of its 60+ HOA and Condo clients, but hosting Holly Lake governing documents and news is not included in its contract.
