Meeting Summary June 30, 2020

The Board considered several major repairs at its June meeting, but information is lacking to proceed. The costs here are estimates: $1,600 for 3rd roof drain, up to $50,000 for partial roof repairs, up to $26,000 to reactivate POE cameras at both pools, and $65,000 to install new mailboxes outside of club house per USPS specs.
The Board failed to consider filing small claims suit with a different attorney to recover $13,419 owed to us by the 2019 lawn service Tropic Star. Our Association faces several lawsuits due to misconduct and poor advice of its attorney Straley & Otto PA on our illegal screening policy, fining policy and suppression of limited-proxies at 12/27/19 election.
