Did You Know Holly Lakers can use the clubhouse rec hall for free?

Holly Lakers can use the clubhouse rec hall for free, per our Covenants, if their party or meeting is open to the community. No deposit if the kitchen is not used. Those residents who want to hold events for other residents for hobbies, religious study, political discussion, exercise class, child play dates, or even an open anniversary or birthday party can do so at no charge. You cannot exclude well-behaved residents, charge admission, sell anything, nor collect donations. Contact Kathryn Sajdak, Next Gen manager at 954-349-8777 or  Terry Moody, President at 954-850-5515 to reserve the space for your community activity.
