BOARD MEETING MINUTES
Thursday, March 7, 2019

PRESENT
Terry Moody, President
Anthony Migliori, Vice President
Tammy Wyant, Treasurer
Trisha Cogan, Recording Secretary

ABSENT
Maricarmen Bandin, Corresponding Secretary

ALSO PRESENT: Kathryn Sajdak, LCAM – General Manager, NextGen Management, LLC

The Board Meeting was called to order at 7:14 p.m. at the Clubhouse.

A motion by Trisha Cogan to waive the reading and approve the February 7, 2019 minutes was seconded by Terry Moody and carried unanimously.

The Treasury Report was read by Tammy Wyant.

Report of Officers: Terry Moody spoke regarding the Police Detail.

Report of Committees: None

New Business: A motion by Terry Moody to replace the Family Pool Bathroom Doors at a cost no higher than $4,000.00 was seconded by Anthony Migliore and carried unanimously.

A motion by Terry Moody to approve the purchase of 200 ID Cards at a cost of $1,480.00 was seconded by Anthony Migliore and carried unanimously.

A motion by Terry Moody to charge each resident $8.00 for their ID card to offset the cost of the cards was not seconded and failed.

A motion by Anthony Migliori to provide each homeowner their 1st (ever) ID card for free with subsequent and Tenant ID cards to be charged $8.00 to offset the cost was seconded by Trisha Cogan and carried unanimously.

With no further business to discuss Terry Moody adjourned the meeting at 7:33 p.m.
