BOARD MEETING MINUTES
Thursday, June 6, 2019

PRESENT
Terry Moody, President

Tammy Wyant, Treasurer

Anthony Migliori, Vice President

ABSENT
Trisha Cogan, Recording Secretary
Maricarmen Bandin, Corresponding Secretary

ALSO PRESENT:
Kathryn Sajdak, LCAM — General Manager, NextGen Management, LLC

The Board Meeting was called to order at 7:15 p.m. at the Clubhouse.

A motion by Terry Moody to waive the reading and approve the May 2, 2019 minutes was seconded by Tammy Wyant and carried unanimously.

The Treasury Report for April was read again by Tammy Wyant.

Report of Officers:

Terry Moody provided those present an update.

Report of Committees: None

New Business:

A motion by Tammy Wyant to approve a $16,259.72 (not including permit costs) proposal by A&A Playground to replace the tot lot play set was seconded by Anthony Migliori and carried unanimously.

A motion by Tammy Wyant to approve a $4,257.00 proposal from Florida Sidewalk Solutions to repair the sidewalks was seconded by Terry Moody and carried unanimously provided Management verify all locations are included.

The Board reviewed Amendments to the Rules and Regulations as well as the Declaration and By-Laws. The Board set June 24th as a Special Meeting to Review and Approve the Rule Amendments then set July 18th as a Special Membership Meeting to present the Declaration and By-Laws to the Membership to vote on.

A motion by Tammy Wyant to approve the gym/clubhouse hours be extended to 10pm for the summer was seconded by Terry Moody and carried unanimously.

With no further business to discuss Terry Moody adjourned the meeting at 7:55 p.m.
