The Board Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. at the Clubhouse.

A motion by Trisha Cogan to waive the reading and approve the following minutes was seconded by Terry Moody and carried unanimously.
1. November 1, 2018 Nomination Meeting
2. November 1, 2018 Board Meeting
3. December 6, 2018 Annual Election Meeting
4. December 19, 2018 Board Meeting

The Treasury Report was read by Tammy Wyant.

Report of Officers: None

Report of Committees: The Board agreed that the Committees need to start fresh and send new requests for involvement from the community.

Reports of Unfinished Business: None

New Business:
The Board agreed to reduce shift hours from 6 hours to 4 hours.
The Board agreed that urgent violation matters were Commercial Vehicles, Boats, Trailers, etc properly stored and Unregistered Tenants.
The Board agreed that Pricing and Policy Summaries for the facilities should be posted on the Bulletin Boards.

With no further business to discuss Terry Moody adjourned the meeting at 7:28 p.m.
