EMERGENCY BOARD MEETING MINUTES
Wednesday, December 19, 2018

PRESENT
Terry Moody, President
Anthony Migliori, Vice President
Trisha Cogan, Recording Secretary

ABSENT
Maricarmen Bandin, Corresponding Secretary
Tammy Wyant, Treasurer

ALSO PRESENT:

Kathryn Sajdak, LCAM – General Manager, NextGen Management, LLC

The Board Meeting was called to order at 5:17 p.m. at the Clubhouse.

A motion by Terry Moody to approve a $3,950.00 proposal to repair the electrical at the Family Pool area to provide electric to the pool lights was seconded by Trisha Cogan and carried unanimously. It is noted that the prior existing electrical was likely removed in error when the fence was put in during 2015/2016.

A motion by Terry Moody to approve a $2,500.00 proposal by NextGen Management to replace the mounting/framework holding the pool equipment and install pvc for the conduit was seconded by Anthony Migliore and carried unanimously.

The Board requested another bid for the BBQ Pit Paver removal.

With no further business to discuss Terry Moody adjourned the meeting at 5:22 p.m.
