The Board Meeting was called to order at 7:04 p.m. at the Clubhouse.

A motion by Trisha Cogan to waive the reading and approve the minutes of the June 7, 2018 Board Meeting and Membership Meeting was seconded by Terry Moody and carried unanimously.

The Treasury Report was read by Kathryn Sajdak, Property Manager.

Report of Officers: Terry Moody reported that Jay Schector of Pembroke Pines has coordinated a Pines Day at Holly Lake for August 4th from 11am to 1pm.

Report of Committees: Bruce Michener spoke about the Landscape Committee.

Reports of Unfinished Business:

A motion by Trisha Cogan to change the Screening Background company to Tenant Evaluations was seconded by Terry Moody and carried unanimously.

New Business:

A motion by Terry Moody to approve a $19,549.00 proposal from Mike O’Brien Pools was seconded by Trisha Cogan and carried unanimously.

A motion by Terry Moddy to approve the purchase of a new ID Printer for the approximate cost of $1,600 to $1,800 with a $200 rebate for the old printer was seconded by Tammy Wyant and carried unanimously.

A motion by Terry Moody to approve a $4,575.00 per cut Landscape Contract with 22 cuts by Brightview Landscape was seconded by Trisha Cogan and carried unanimously. Terry Moody explained that the last company quit after being approached by too many residents and too many yards had debris that damaged their equipment.

With no further business to discuss Terry Moody adjourned the meeting at 7:59 p.m.
