The Board Meeting was called to order at 7:04 p.m. at the Clubhouse.

A motion by Trisha Cogan to waive the reading and approve the March 7, 2019 minutes was seconded by Terry Moody and carried unanimously.

The Treasury Report was read by Tammy Wyant.

Report of Officers: Terry Moody spoke regarding the Police Detail.

Report of Committees: None

New Business: A motion by Terry Moody to approve a $1,859.76 proposal to purchase 12 lounge chairs was seconded by Tammy Wyant and carried unanimously.

A motion by Terry Moody to fine the following list of properties was seconded by Tammy Wyant and carried unanimously:
